Feyenoord announced today that Seunggyun Bae (17) will officially join the club on the 1st of July 2025. Bae, who turns 18 at the end of this month, joins from the Seoul-based football club Boin after a successful internship with the Eredivisie outfit.

The South Korean youth international signed a contract in the country’s capital in the presence of his parents, that will keep him with the Rotterdam side until the summer of 2028.

Speaking of his move to the Netherlands, Bae stated: “For me, this all still feels like a dream. I felt at home at the club during my internship and I will now do my very best to be of value to Feyenoord.”

Seunggyun Bae was born on the 22nd of April 2007 in Seoul. There, his football development has since flourished at Boin High School, the linked school of football club Boin.

This club is reportedly highly regarded in the country for its excellent football training and development. Feyenoord are set to collaborate further in the coming years.
