Bouhaddi played on the Gunners’ summer tour to Australia, has been capped 149 times by her country and also made 199 appearances for Lyon.

Her new club won promotion to the Saudi Women’s Premier League last season as Division 1 champions.

They kick off their new challenge this Friday, away to Al Nassr, one of nine other sides in the competition.
