Lega Serie A is expected to make an announcement today regarding the ticket sales for the Coppa Italia final between AC Milan and Bologna. Among other things, the prices will be revealed for the different sectors.
As highlighted in today’s edition of Gazzetta dello Sport (see photo below), more details will surface on the ticket sales for Milan-Bologna today, with Serie A expected to make an announcement. In addition to the ticket prices, the procedure should also be explained.
There are some certainties already, though. The capacity will be 68k and the two clubs will be allocated 30k each, with the remaining 8k managed by Lega Serie A (for corporate seats, hospitality and so on).
Each club will decide how to sell its allocation, but most likely there will be a sales phase for season ticket holders and then for loyalty card holders, which in Milan’s case is AIMC and Cuore Rossonero. In short, getting tickets will be far from easy as they could sell out just to season ticket holders.
The Curva Nord, normally for the Lazio fans, has been assigned to Bologna fans while Milan fans will be in the Curva Sud, home of the Eoma fans. It should also be noted that the Rossoneri will be the designated home side, following a draw that took place recently.
For Milan, it’s an incredibly important game in many ways, but above all because it’s seemingly their last path to European football.
