After their well-publicised early exit from last summer's World Cup and a brand new boss in Emma Hayes, the USA's first Olympic encounter with Zambia could've been a potential banana skin.
Yet the USWNT have got off to a rampant start, with Trinity Rodman opening the scoring with a wonderful turn and finish before a two-minute whirlwind rocked Zambia to the core.
Colorado-native Malorie Swanson fired in a brace in 70 seconds, and after the second the Zambia players looked visibly stunned.
