George Puscas never really disappointed at Reading but after three seasons with the side, his first-team chances began to dwindle.
In his first campaign with the club, he flourished and looked like the real deal for the Royals.
He was a mainstay for the side and featured in 38 league fixtures for the club, bagging 12 goals and three assists along the way.
A year later, he played in a further 21 fixtures but only nine of those were starts. Even with a decrease in playing time though, he still managed a haul of four goals but it would prove to be the last time he got even a handful of outings for the Championship club.

He’s since been sent out on various loan spells and this summer was allowed to go to Genoa. But how is he faring away from Reading?
The answer is – not too great to be honest.
Even though he left the Select Car Leasing Stadium to try and get more regular football elsewhere, that hasn’t been the case so far in Italy.
Even with Genoa in Serie B, the second division in the country, he hasn’t been entrusted yet to really play or get many minutes for the side.
Instead, the forward has been limited to just one league game for the team so far.
That cameo lasted for just 12 minutes and saw the player come off the bench.
He’d have been hoping that a short-term move elsewhere from Reading would have brought him more time on the field but it hasn’t worked out that way yet. There is plenty of the campaign left for him to get showings here and there, even if it comes off the bench and as a sub.
For now though, the move hasn’t worked out and he’ll need to work hard to get more into the manager’s thoughts this campaign.
