Chelsea clashed heads with Legia Warszawa at the Marshall Józef Piłsudski Legia Warsaw Stadium earlier tonight as they hoped to earn a win in the UEFA Europa Conference League. The Blues made a decent start to the game but were held to a scoreless draw at the half-time break.
Tyrique George finally broke the deadlock in the 49th minute before Noni Madueke doubled Chelsea’s advantage just eight minutes later. Madueke got his name on the scoresheet again in the 74th minute as Enzo Maresca’s men ended up securing an impressive 3-0 win on the road.

GK: Filip Jorgensen – 6.5/10
He made one important save during the game and earned an easy clean sheet on the road.
RB: Josh Acheampong – 7/10
Acheampong was solid when defending inside his half and was a good presence on the ball.
CB: Tosin Adarabioyo – 6.5/10
He kept things tidy defensively in the first half but was substituted at half-time.
CB: Benoit Badiashile – 7/10
Badiashile dominated the opposition attackers in the air and did enough to secure a clean sheet.

LB: Malo Gusto – 7/10
Gusto hardly put a foot wrong in the game as he once again impressed at the left-back position.
CM: Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall – 6.5/10
He caused some headaches for the opposition defenders but failed to take his chances.
CM: Reece James – 8/10
James managed to engineer some decent plays for others around him.
RW: Jadon Sancho – 6.5/10
He was quiet in the first half but put in a better performance in the second.
CAM: Cole Palmer – 6/10
Palmer struggled to be a threat in the first half and was replaced at half-time.
LW: Tyrique George – 8/10
The talented teenager managed to catch the eye for Chelsea in the final third. He scored the opening goal early in the second half.
ST: Christopher Nkunku – 5/10
Nkunku failed to impress up top and was guilty of missing a penalty.

He was solid at the back.
CAM: Noni Madueke – 9/10
Madueke came off the bench and scored two important goals.
