Jan 13 Nashville SC Have Signed Xavier Valdez Via Free Agency

Nashville SC have found their backup goalkeeper in 21 year old Dominican Republic international Xavier Valdez. The Houston Dynamo academy product joins Nashville after not having his contract picked up by Houston at the end of the 2024 season. Valdez has 50 career games played for Houston Dynamo 2 all in MLS Next Pro, never cracking the first team. Valdez also has 11 caps for the Dominican Republic, playing well in many CONCACAF Nations League B games.
