José Mourinho sends personal messages to Real Madrid & Atlético stars after Euro 2024 triumph | OneFootball

Iconic tactician José Mourinho has taken to social media on Monday, to send a personal message of congratulations to two members of the triumphant Spanish Euro 2024 squad.

Luis de la Fuente’s troops, of course, are fresh off sealing glory on the continent on Sunday night.

After locking horns with England in Berlin, La Roja ultimately emerged on the right side of a 2-1 result, owing to goals on the part of Nico Williams, and Mikel Oyarzabal.

As much saw stars from a whole host of Spanish football’s top clubs lift their first international trophy.

On Monday, though, the aforementioned José Mourinho was keen to single out a couple in particular.

Having afforded both their senior debuts whilst on the bench at Real Madrid, Mou was keen to send his best to departing Blancos star Nacho, and Spanish captain Álvaro Morata, of Atlético.

In a post on his official Instagram account, the Portuguese sent ‘many congratulations’ to the pair, before also highlighting the names of both Dani Carvajal, and Luis de la Fuente.
