Chelsea have several players looking to leave Stamford Bridge before the close of the transfer window, and clubs are showing interest in their services.
Chelsea defender Renato Veiga recently left for Juventus, where he has been promised game time in his preferred centre-back role. He joined the Serie A giants on loan from the Blues until the end of the season.
Another player looking for game time is midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka, who is yet to make a single appearance for the Blues in the Premier League.
The 21-year-old joined the Blues from Aston Villa for £19 million in 2022 but has struggled to nail down a starting berth in west London.
Injuries have played their part in limiting his development, but there is still a talented player in there who can break out with game time and refinement.
Borussia Dortmund initially registered interest in taking him on loan from Chelsea, but a move has not materialised with the German club dealing with other more pressing needs.
There is also interest from the Premier League in his services, but Juventus have emerged as a suitor. They can offer the player UEFA Champions League football.
Chelsea could try to work out an exchange deal involving Douglas Luiz. They enquired about the Brazilian midfielder, who has been on the fringes with the Old Lady.
Luiz can slot into one of the pivot positions to deputise for Moises Caicedo or Enzo Fernandez, with Romeo Lavia struggling with niggling injuries. On the other hand, Chukwuemeka can fit into Thiago Motta’s midfield at Juventus.
