According to BOLA Vip, Manchester City have approached Boca Juniors surrounding a potential move for two of their players including Exequiel Zeballos. The Premier League champions have been monitoring the progress of the Boca attacker for quite some time now and are now intent on signing him in the summer transfer window.

Who Is Exequiel Zeballos?

A native of Santiago del Estero, Exequiel Zeballos has been a part of the Boca Juniors setup since a young age. In recent years, the youngster has enjoyed a swift rise to prominence in the youth competitions, which led to his promotion to the senior side in the summer of 2020.

A right-winger by trade, Zeballos has not disappointed in professional football either, making quite an impression with his performances for the senior side. He has already made 17 competitive appearances for the club, notably scoring one goal and registering one assist during the 2021 edition.

Manchester City are well acquainted with the South American market, given the number of players they have signed in the past. In Zeballos, coach Pep Guardiola could land yet another exciting talent, who is more than capable of making waves at the highest level of football.

Although the 19-year-old lacks experience at the top level, he has showcased his talent in the Argentine top-flight.
