Milan are reportedly back in the running for Chelsea striker Armando Broja, as Roma’s Tammy Abraham attracts more Premier League attention.
It is no secret that the Rossoneri are seeking another striker to work with Alvaro Morata, as Luka Jovic is on the way out of San Siro this summer.
Their first choice was Abraham, but they have so far been unable to agree on a fee with Roma.
Instead, the English centre-forward is courted by several Premier League clubs, including Bournemouth and West Ham United.
At the same time, Tuttosport suggest that Milan are turning back towards an old target, Albania international Broja.
He turns 23 next month and has just returned to Chelsea from a loan spell at Fulham, but has no place in new coach Enzo Maresca’s plans for this season.
Broja would be available on loan with an option to buy at the end of the season, terms that would suit Paulo Fonseca.
Between the two clubs, Broja made only 27 competitive appearances last season, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
In other news, Milan have now officially sent defender Marco Pellegrini to Independiente on loan.
It had been agreed a month ago, but stalled due to red tape issues.
