A new transfer target has emerged for the Milan attack, as Sky Sport Italia claim they are ready to challenge West Ham for Aston Villa and Colombia striker Jhon Duran.

It is no secret that the Rossoneri have agreed terms with Alvaro Morata, who has a release clause with Atletico Madrid set at €12m and will have his medical in Madrid on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, they are searching for another forward to help reinforce their options, linked with names including Tammy Abraham of Roma and Borussia Dortmund’s Niclas Fullkrug.

Duran on the radar for Milan

Now Sky Sport Italia transfer pundit Manuel Baiocchini claims that a new name is on the horizon, with an approach for Duran.

He certainly fits the bill, as he is only 20 years old and currently preparing for the Copa America Final this evening when Colombia take on Argentina.

Aston Villa only signed Duran from the Chicago Fire in January 2023 for €16.65m and he has scored eight goals in 49 competitive games, but most of them were off the bench.

West Ham United have been heavily linked, but baulked at the €40m asking price, something that Milan would probably refuse to pay.
