Following a scoreless first half in Tuscany, the visitors were given the perfect chance to take the lead when Matteo Politano was controversially adjudged to have been clipped inside the penalty area.
From the resulting spot-kick, Kvaratskhelia effortlessly rolled the ball down the middle and secure all three points.
Along with Milan’s Christian Pulisic, the Georgian is one of only two players to score at least 10 goals and provide five assists in the current calendar year.
