An excerpt from an interview with Bianconeri defender Pierre Kalulu on 25 September 2024.

“We've had a tough week, with two games, now we are continuing to work hard and stay focused. The defence? For us not conceding goals is positive, because it is the result of the whole team working together; personally I have felt good here since arriving, and I feel very confident as a result of the work we have been putting in. Working hard is something I strongly believe in and thanks to that, over time you get results. Thiago Motta allows you great freedom during the game, and that's something that makes me feel comfortable. He asks us to play good football, and it's good that everyone is ready to give everything on the pitch for this shirt. The season should be seen as a long road, which will see us come up against many strong teams, both in Italy and in Europe.”
