PSG could complete deal to sign for Khvicha Kvaratskhelia for as little as €65m | OneFootball

According to L’Équipe, Paris Saint-Germain could be set to complete a deal to sign Napoli forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia (23) for a fee between €65m and €70m. A much lower fee than the widely reported €80m asking price the Naples outfit have set for the Georgian international.

Kvaratskhelia has made his intentions clear to Napoli boss Antonio Conte that he wants to leave Northern Italy during the January transfer window, with the former Tottenham manager revealing his wish during a press conference. Despite the Italian coach’s best efforts to keep him at Napoli, the 23-year-old’s want-away status has attracted interest from clubs around Europe including Liverpool and Chelsea. However, with an agreement close, Les Parisiens are in pole position to get a deal done.

Personal terms have been agreed between the player and the Ligue 1 champions on a salary and contract and once a deal has been struck between the two clubs, Kvaratskhelia could complete a medical ahead of a move to the French capital early next week.
