Real Madrid striker Endrick was extremely lucky to escape a red card in the club’s latest outing on Tuesday.

As much came owing to the actions of the Brazilian late in Real’s La Liga meeting with Deportivo Alavés.

Los Blancos marked their return to action a short time ago, welcoming Alavés to Spain’s capital with sights set on a 5th successive victory across all competitions.

When all was said and done, this is precisely what Carlo Ancelotti’s troops managed, courtesy of goals on the part of all of Lucas Vázquez, Kylian Mbappé and Rodrygo.

As alluded to above, however, an otherwise positive evening’s work for Real Madrid on Tuesday could easily have been soured late on.

This came owing to a moment of petulance on the part of young frontman Endrick.

After being knocked back in efforts to make his way into the Alavés penalty area, the summer arrival in La Liga responded in ridiculous fashion, directing a knee straight into the groin of an opposing defender.
