The player’s agent, Beppe Riso, has already held talks with Roma director Florent Ghisolfi, and according to Assogna, the Giallorossi are now ready to send their first proposal.
According to the report, Roma owner Dan Friedkin is personally pushing to complete the transfer.
Roma will reportedly offer to pay the transfer fee across multiple financial years and include Bryan Cristante or Lorenzo Pellegrini in the deal.
It is reported that Inter’s asking price for Frattesi in January is €45m. The player is believed to be looking for a club where he can be a regular starter.
Gazzetta reported earlier this week that Inter were upset that Frattesi’s agent was talking to other Serie A clubs, including Juventus and Napoli. However, the asking price for Partenopei and Bianconeri is €70m.
