Spain’s Alvaro Morata could have Milan medical tomorrow | OneFootball

Right after Alvaro Morata won the EURO 2024 trophy with Spain, he could be on his way back to the Serie A as Milan prepare to complete their move for him.

The Rossoneri backed away from signing Joshua Zirkzee and are now close to landing Morata. La Gazzetta dello Sport (via TMW) state that Milan are now ready to seal their first move of the summer and it will be Morata and they have already told Atletico Madrid about their intention to trigger his €13 million release clause.

Morata is ready to say ‘yes’ to the Rossoneri too and he could undergo a medical on behalf of Milan in Madrid tomorrow. After that, he will go on a vacation.

He will sign a four-year deal with the Diavolo and he will earn €4.5 million per season plus bonuses. He could then join the squad after the end of Milan’s US Tour and then begin training with the side to regain his fitness.
