Robert Sanchez has sent a warning to Marc Cucurella and Wesley Fofana following Chelsea’s game against Nottingham Forest on Sunday afternoon.

The Blues saw their five game winning streak in all competitions come to an end as they were held to a 1-1 draw by a stubborn Forest side.

Forest took the lead early in the second half through Chris Wood before Noni Madueke hit back before the hour mark with both teams having brilliant chances to win the game late on, but both Robert Sanchez and Matz Sels. made superb saves to keep the scores level.

Chelsea still haven’t lost since the opening day of the season but they will no doubt be frustrated not to come away with the win, and both Joao Felix and Christopher Nkunku were guilty of missing big chances at the end.

The Blues did play well they just weren’t clinical in front of goal, but their were still positives to take from the performance.

Having made two big errors against Brighton last week, Sanchez redeemed himself by making a series of fine saves to ensure the Blues didn’t lose.

One of the only negatives on the afternoon was Cucurella and Fofana picking up their fifth yellow cards of the season meaning they will be suspended for the trip to Anfield.

Speaking after the game Sanchez fired a warning to the pair and insisted they have got to stop talking to the officials.

“Massive players but it was unlucky,” he told Premier League Productions as quoted by BBC Sport.

“They need to stop talking to the officials. We have some very good players to come in.”
