WSL Full-Time were informed of the news via an official club press release from The Hammers this morning.
The 23-year-old joins West Ham United from Norwegian Toppserien club LSK Kvinner. The midfielder joined her former club earlier this year and made 19 appearances in the Norwegian top flight. Siren has also turned out for Finnish clubs TiPS and KuPS in her senior career to date.
The player is ready for a new challenge and she will test herself in the English game for the very first time this season.
After sealing her move to West Ham United, Siren said “It feels amazing to be here. I’m looking forward to the challenge of playing in England. I know the Barclays Women’s Super League is the best league in the world and I want to test myself against the best players and the best teams.
“My experience of playing for Finland and in the Champions League has given me the motivation to keep pushing to be the best player that I can be. I know that coming to West Ham and working in this environment will help my development as a player. I can’t wait to get started.”
Siren is West Ham United’s eighth signing of the summer transfer window.
