Your guide to away matches this season

Article image:Your guide to away matches this season

Brentford FC is making some changes to help get more Bees fans to away matches this season.

Take advantage of discounted rail travel, our new seat map, and advice on where to meet other fans on matchday.

With every match being an opportunity to create away day memories that will last a lifetime, we want to encourage more Bees fans to travel and be a part of our strong away support, encouraging the team to take all three points on the road.

To help you get there, we’ve been working to make away days cheaper and more sustainable, and to provide better information on how to make the most of away matchdays.

Here’s what we’re introducing this season...

Save 20% on rail travel with Trainline

We’ve partnered with Trainline to give you discounted rail travel on selected matchdays.

Trainline want to make it even easier to travel green. As part of their I Came By Train campaign to help fight climate change; you can save 20 per cent on selected away days when you book in advance with Trainline, starting with the Manchester City game on Saturday 14 September.

After you purchase your match ticket, you will be sent an email with a unique discount code. You can redeem your discount code when purchasing your rail ticket via Trainline. Each individual ticket holder will receive a unique discount code.

A new seat map for away matches

Fans will now be able to use our interactive seat map to select seats in the away section, instead of seats being allocated automatically.

With the seat map, you’ll have a clearer idea of how close you’ll be to the action, and what your view will be, which makes it easier for groups to enjoy matchdays together.

Increased family-friendly seating and other dedicated sections

We want away days to be inclusive for all, so we’re giving fans more choices for their matchday experience.

You can choose to sit with other like-minded fans - whether that’s in the noisiest ‘singing’ section, or in the family-friendly seating for supporters that want an area where fans sit for the majority of the game.

Travel sustainably with Big Green Coach

We run official supporter coaches to and from away games, and this season we’re trialling a new partnership with Big Green Coach to make our coach travel option carbon-neutral.

Big Green Coach is a leading sustainable coach provider that provides net-zero travel by offsetting all carbon emissions from their coach journeys.

Travelling by coach with a large group of fans is a much more sustainable way to get to the game than driving. It’s also a safe and friendly way to get to away matches.

Comprehensive guides and tips for away travel

We’re publishing guides for select away matches sooner so that you have more time to plan your away day.

These guides will help to make the most of your matchday, including travel advice, where to meet other Bees fans and family-friendly options in the area.

Dedicated away fan working group

We’ve introduced a new away fan working group, bringing together fans to share ideas and help influence the club’s plans during the season.

We’ll be working to make it cheaper, easier, and more enjoyable for you to watch the Bees on the road, and we’ll be listening to fans throughout the season with new post-match away surveys to make sure we’re on track.

Tickets for our away Premier League fixture against Tottenham are now on sale to season ticket holders, premium seat holders and My Bees members. Get your tickets here.

For earlier access to tickets, a My Bees membership allows fans who are not season ticket holders to get tickets for home and away games, as well as exclusive offers and benefits. Find out about memberships here.

Thank you to all our fans for your support. We hope to see you on the road this season!
