Injury update on Real Madrid star after training ground scare | OneFootball

An update on the wellbeing of Real Madrid starlet Endrick has come to the fore online.

This comes, for those who may have missed it, after the youngster set alarm bells sounding in Spain’s capital on Tuesday morning.

Real Madrid held an open training session at Valdebebas earlier today, during which the club’s fans were afforded the chance to see their favourite players up close and personal.

During the closing moments of the session, however, the aforementioned Endrick went to ground in distress.

After being tended to by the Real Madrid medical staff, the Brazilian international hobbled down the tunnel, for a round of medical checks.

All associated with Los Blancos, in turn, will no doubt be relieved to hear that Endrick has not suffered any sort of significant injury.

As per the reliable Guillermo Rai of The Athletic:

‘It was a blow to the ankle but the club have clarified that there were no consequences’
