The race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt forward Omar Marmoush heated up as the 25-year-old impressed in the Bundesliga this season. However, one club reportedly made it clear they would not overpay for the Egyptian international.

According to TBR Football, Premier League giants Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester United, Chelsea, and Newcastle United had been monitoring Marmoush, while Paris Saint-Germain, AC Milan, and Atletico Madrid also expressed interest.

Fussball News claimed that Frankfurt was open to selling Marmoush if their €60 million (£50 million or $64.8 million) valuation was met. Meanwhile, The Mirror revealed that PSG scouts attended Frankfurt’s UEFA Europa League match against Midtjylland to watch Marmoush in action.

Marmoush has dismissed speculation about a potential transfer, stating that it’s not on his mind at the moment. The Egypt international has been in sensational form this season, racking up 13 goals and seven assists in just 15 Bundesliga appearances, cementing his status as one of the league’s standout performers.

“What I can promise the fans is that I will give my all for Eintracht in every game”, Marmoush told TZ (h/t The Mirror). “I am not thinking about a transfer. I am living in the here and now and enjoying my time in Frankfurt.”

CaughtOffside reported last month that Omar Marmoush has yet to respond favorably to recent contract discussions with Eintracht Frankfurt. The club is keen to secure a new deal for the forward, who remains under contract until 2027.

This situation has reportedly drawn interest from several top clubs, particularly in the Premier League. Arsenal is said to have already approached Frankfurt to inquire about Marmoush’s potential availability.
