Despite suffering a devastating exit from the UEFA Champions League and a loss to Barcelona in the Copa del Rey final, Real Madrid still have La Liga as their final chance to salvage their season.
However, the task ahead is far from simple. Currently trailing Barcelona by four points, Madrid’s hopes of securing the league title depend on winning all their remaining matches and, crucially, on Barcelona dropping points.
While it may seem a tall order at the moment, a report from AS has revealed that there is a sense of belief in the Real Madrid locker room.
The players and coaching staff are confident that if they can perform well in their next two crucial matches, against Celta on Sunday and the Clasico on May 11, then “La Liga is possible!”
With the title still up for grabs, the team is determined to fight until the very end of the season.

In the second half and extra time, the team showed they can compete with Barcelona, standing toe-to-toe with their rivals.
This performance, despite the loss, reignited hope in the squad that they are still capable of challenging for the La Liga title.
However, the road to the league title won’t be without challenges. \Carlo Ancelotti faces difficulties of his own, with injuries to key players like Ferland Mendy, Antonio Rudiger, and Dani Ceballos.
The extent of these injuries remains to be seen, but their absence could further complicate Madrid’s pursuit of the title.
With five matches left to play, including the highly anticipated Clasico, everything now depends on how Madrid perform in these crucial games.
The title race remains tight, but with the renewed belief in the squad, it is clear that Real Madrid will continue to push until the final whistle.
