The FC Barcelona team left a lot of memories at La Cartuja in Seville as it came out victorious in a hard-fought Copa del Rey final against Real Madrid.

The Catalans celebrated this win till dawn, and some social media responses to this success are already raising eyebrows. This was particularly the case as Espanyol fans showed anger and displeasure with their club when they congratulated the Blaugranes for their achievement.

Now, as MARCA has reported, there has been another social media reaction that is generating some attention is that of the Real Madrid midfielder Aurelien Tchouameni.

Seemingly taking offence at some of the remarks made by Barcelona players or fans, the Frenchman wanted to write some encouraging words for his own team’s fans while also making it clear that Madrid will bounce back. His social media post went as:

“They celebrate our defeats as if we won’t win again. We’ll be back.”

This post was accompanied by an emoticon of two hands being shaken, and is clearly an attempt from the French midfielder to raise the spirits of his team and fans.

Although he was not able to get his side a win last night, Aurelien Tchouameni was still one of the better Real Madrid players. He not only helped with the defensive side of things, first as a defensive midfielder and then as a centre-back, but also scored the second goal for his team, which put the Merengues ahead for the first time in the tie.

Raising these spirits should be quite high on the leaders of the White team, as they are once again set to face Barcelona, this time in La Liga, in two weeks’ time. Their next fixture is a home game against Celta Vigo, as they have only La Liga games left to play this season.

Meanwhile, the Blaugranes will take on Inter Milan in the first leg of the UEFA Champions League semi-final tie on Wednesday.
