FC Barcelona have been having an excellent season across all competitions with their attack in particular impressing. The Catalan club is head and shoulders above the chasing pack when it comes to number of goals scored this season.

The Catalan club has been massively helped by the superb form of their wingers – Lamine Yamal and Raphinha. The duo has absolutely dazzled alongside Pedri in midfield and they have been ably supported by the likes of Robert Lewandowski, Dani Olmo and the rest of the squad.

It has been night and day in terms of fortunes for Raphinha when you compare his first two seasons at the club to this one. The Brazilian, who struggled to win over the fanbase, is now one of the most adored players and has an incredible impact on this team.

Listen to these numbers. In 39 games across all competitions, Raphinha has scored 24 goals and provided 18 assists. These numbers are world-class and it comes as no coincidence that he is recognized as one of the best players in the world so far this season.

Now, as per Fichajes, there is widespread interest in Raphinha following the season that he is having. Saudi clubs in particular have expressed interest in the ex-Leeds United man and Barcelona have no intention of selling him.

As per the report, the Catalan club is clear in their stance that the only way they would even consider a sale for him would be if any club puts in an offer of around €150m. That is a steep climb but the report also mentions that the SPL clubs are willing to make a significant financial offer.

Raphinha embodies the Barcelona spirit like very few players do. The Brazilian wears the heart on his sleeve whenever he plays for the club and without a doubt, he has a huge future if he continues to stay here in Spain.

There is no reason for the Brazilian superstar to leave for a Saudi club when he is in the absolute prime of his career. He is in the running to win the Ballon d’Or next season along with Mohamed Salah and let’s wait and see how things play out going forward.
