Tottenham Hotspur entertained Eintracht Frankfurt at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier tonight as they looked to secure a good result in the first leg of their UEFA Europa League quarterfinal tie. Spurs made a poor start to the game as they conceded the opener in the sixth minute when Hugo Ekitike got his name on the scoresheet. However, Ange Postecoglu’s men responded in the 26th minute when Pedro Porro found the back of the net. The two teams went into the half-time interval with a 1-1 scoreline.

The North London club failed to find the winning goal in the second half and had to settle for a 1-1 draw in North London.
