Celtic have hidden no desire to bring the left-back home to Paradise and have engaged in talks with his representatives in order to strike a pre-contract agreement this month.
With uncertainty over Greg Taylor’s future too, the necessity to ensure we are covered in that area come next season is one of the pressing issues at the club and one in which the recruitment team will have been working around the clock to sort for Brendan Rodgers. Now that those negotiations are well underway, the talks with Taylor may be a little more relaxed.

When Keiran came on late into extra-time he looked sharp and very positive for the team, playing in a wonderful ball to the Man United box that had former Newcastle United and England striker, Alan Shearer, kicking balls from the commentary gantry as he bemoaned the lack of attacking quality to match the sensational cross from the Scotland international.
Tierney and his teammates will now be licking their wounds as despite the Red Devils going down to 10-men, the Gunners were unable to capitalise and make the difference with their numerical advantage on-field. It finished 1-1 after the 120 minutes could not separate either side and the resulting penalty shootout went the way of Ruben Amorim’s team.
