Since signing for Chelsea from Aston Villa in 2022, Chukwuemeka has made just 23 appearances for the West London club. This season, he has been far down the priority list of Enzo Maresca since the Italian took over in the summer.
Reports suggest that BVB have presented an official offer to Chelsea today, with an initial loan spell being proposed, followed by an option to purchase the midfielder for 30 million euros.
