Inter Milan remain determined to bring in Como attacking midfielder Nico Paz this summer, but will move to Real Madrid’s Arda Guler if a deal is not viable.

As reported in today’s newspaper edition of Tuttosport, and via FCInterNews.it, the Nerazzurri’s summer transfer activity hinges on Real Madrid, with Los Merengues holding a buyback option on Paz.

The Argentina international joined Como from Real Madrid last summer and has flourished, leading to intense interest from Inter, but the La Liga club may opt to trigger a return or leave him at Como.

Should Inter be unable to swoop for Paz, they will instead return to Real Madrid for Turkish international Guler.

The former Fenerbahce star has struggled for playing time in the Spanish capital and could be made available at the end of the season.

Inter would consider him a plan B option but would remain keen to snap him up, recognising the difficulties of securing a deal for Paz.
