Despite Claudio Ranieri reassuring the media of his stay in the capital, Lorenzo Pellegrini continues to be at the center of transfer rumors.
The Roma skipper was recently the hero of the Derby della Capitale, opening the score for the Giallorossi’s 2-0 win over Lazio.

Following the match, much was said about Pellegrini’s future: the idea of a farewell in January was promptly dismissed.
However, La Repubblica claims that Pellegrini could still consider leaving Roma in the summer as his contract will only have one year left before its expiry date.
Among the various clubs interested in him, Arsenal have also been listed as potential suitors.
The Gunners are famously appreciative of technical players and Pellegrini could be tempted to try his luck in the Premier League.
