The winter transfer window came and went with Maghnes Akliouche remaining at AS Monaco. However, in the summer, there will be interest for the Frenchman and it will be interesting to see if a move does not tempt him.

Last December, CaughtOffside reported, citing sources, that all RB Leipzig, Atletico Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain, Juventus, Inter Milan, Napoli, AS Roma, and Newcastle United are among the clubs who are in pursuit of Akliouche.

However, Manchester City have the most concrete interest in the player. Despite the rumors, no club secured Akliouche from the Ligue 1 side, but he knows there’s interest from other clubs heading into the summer.

Moreover, Monaco are not considering selling the player for anything less than €60 million.

Maghnes Akliouche comments on his future at Monaco

Akliouche is drawing interest from several top European clubs, including PSG. The young talent, under contract with Monaco until June 2028, recently spoke about his future on Telefoot.

“I’m under contract until 2028,” Akliouche said. “I just want to give my best every day and in every match. As for the rest, we’ll simply see with the club. But honestly, I feel good here. On PSG’s shortlist? PSG are always flattering. It’s one of, if not the best club in France. For me, it’s flattering. But right now, I’m focused on AS Monaco, and we have some very important games ahead.”

The 23-year-old has scored five goals and recorded eight assists this 2024-25 season for the Ligue 1 side.
