Lille predicted XI v Reims: Jonathan David to be rested ahead of Champions League encounter | OneFootball

With a UEFA Champions League qualifier against Slavia Prague on Tuesday in mind, Lille OSC are set to rotate their lineup when they face Stade de Reims on Saturday evening.

Notably, Bruno Genesio is set to rest star striker Jonathan David, with Mohamed Bayo, returning from his loan spell at Le Havre AC, set to take his place. Lille are also without two other key players, Benjamin André and Edon Zhegrova, through suspension. New signing Ngal’ayel Mukau looks set to start in place of the former, alongside England youth international Angel Gomes.

Ethan Mbappé and Thomas Meunier will both have to settle for places on the bench as LOSC get their league campaign underway. Samuel Umtiti, Karim Zedadka, and Nabil Bentaleb are all also out.
