Manchester City midfielder Kane Taylor has completed a permanent transfer to Aston Villa.

The 2005-born starlet has returned to Aston Villa on a permanent deal, having moved to the City Football Academy from the Midlands club in 2019, where the midfielder featured across the Premier League 2, UEFA Youth League and Under-18s Premier League.

The teenager never made a first-team appearance for Pep Guardiola’s side, but was directly involved in nine goals in six UEFA Youth League appearances for the Manchester City EDS last season.

The Birmingham-born midfielder was awarded a scholarship at the Etihad Stadium in 2021, and also made 19 appearances in the Premier League 2 for the Sky Blues during the 2023/24 campaign, where teenager also scored four goals.
